“What a great experience. I walked in and Aidan greeted me right away. I explained I was looking for a good shoe for walking on the treadmill and was having issues with the current pair of shoes I already had. He immediately understood what I was looking for. Aidan was very knowledgeable and kind. He did the 3-D scan, explained what it all meant, and properly fitted me with a couple options. Even gave me some advice when I expressed what my fitness goals were, I genuinely appreciated his guidance. He knows his stuff for sure. I am extremely happy with the pair of ASICS I decided to go with! The store was very clean, organized and the staff seemed to work really well together. Thank you so much for everything.”

“In May, I completed my Open Water Diver certification through the shop, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Captain Pete taught the classroom portion of the course, and Brian and Conor led our checkout dives. Brian struck the perfect balance between being firm and making the training enjoyable. As a new diver, I appreciated that he held us to high standards—after all, he was responsible for the safety and success of eleven new divers. His professionalism and attention to detail gave me a great deal of confidence throughout the course.
The checkout dives in Crystal River and Three Sisters Springs were absolutely incredible. The water clarity was amazing, and it was the perfect environment to complete our training. Those dives alone would have made the experience memorable.
More recently, I purchased nearly all of my dive equipment from the shop, including my BCD and complete regulator setup. Throughout the process, Captain Pete and David were exceptionally helpful. I exchanged numerous emails with Captain Pete while researching equipment and trying to make informed decisions. He was incredibly patient, answered every question thoroughly, and shared practical advice from his own experience, including how he maintains, stores, and transports his dive gear. At one point I felt bad for asking so many questions, but he encouraged me to keep asking because he genuinely wanted me to have the best possible experience with both my equipment and diving.
When I picked up my gear, Captain Pete personally assembled everything and took the time to train me on its operation and care. That level of customer service is increasingly rare and speaks volumes about the shop's commitment to its customers.
This wasn't my first positive experience with Capt. Pete's Diving Outfitters, either. About a year earlier, I purchased snorkeling equipment from the shop and received the same outstanding service and expertise.
Fort Myers is fortunate to have a dive shop of this caliber.
