This business is a Contract Postal Unit that has served the community for 40 years. It is a lovely little neighborhood post office and postal station, known for being much nicer and having shorter wait times than the big post office. The team has extensive experience, providing great customer service with pleasant, honest, and helpful people who take pride in their work. They clearly explain options and are friendly and helpful with postal needs. Services and prices are the same as a regular Post Office, and they have recently started offering Notary services and Passport Photos/Renewals. They also provide a counter and tape gun for packing. A note is that, while not the fault of this location, the United States Postal Service as a whole can have issues, such as certified mail being misrouted or lost, and telephone help can be difficult and unhelpful. However, this specific location is highly recommended.
I’ve never had a problem with their service. Great folks. But they don’t answer the phone any more and there’s no voicemail. Maybe change in ownership? I just like to make sure businesses are open sometimes. It’s weird to me to have a phone number and not answer it or have an outgoing message.
