Advance Auto Parts offers a great selection of parts at cheap prices. The staff is generally very helpful, friendly, and prompt, with workers who go above and beyond to solve problems and even carry purchases to a customer's car. The store provides the highly convenient service of UPS pick-up and drop off. However, one customer reported an experience where no staff offered assistance and help had to be actively sought out.
Chaquaun gives the best customer service!!!! I called lots of other parts stores looking for a particular part and Chaquaun was all over it. He found my parts and even called me back to follow up on the price. No one does that these days!!! This is my first call from now on!!! Thanks Chaquaun!!!!
