“If you’re coming here for any exhaust work be ready to get greeted by the owner , who’s social skills are no where to be found and the often use of passive aggressiveness. Also be ready to be shut down mid conversation when you’re explaining what you want done when he ask you what you want . His son on the other hand , class act dude and does amazing fab work . Highly suggest to only explain to son what you want done on your car . Another review here confirms the attitude of dad jumping over you mid sentence basically telling you to shut up when you’re just explaining what need done . “Had an overheating issue on my truck, was referred to the radiator shop by a friend. Called the owner and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Brought my truck to his shop, he popped the hood and I say with no exaggeration he was able to identify the source of my problem literally within 60 seconds. He hooked the vehicle up to computers, read temperatures with a temp gun, fixed the problem that day while I was at work and now my truck is back to normal and that feels great. This guy is a true diagnoser not a parts changer. Very thorough. You can tell he really understands his stuff. If you want your vehicle fixed the right way, quick, straight to the point and no hassles or hidden fees this is definitely the guy for you. Very happy with the work he did for me”

When I got there I was greeted by excellent customer service! This dealer has had a MAJOR improvement! I came in and dealt with a salesman Brandon who was SUPER professional and informed me well on the vehicle! I was then helped by 2 managers Chuck and Rodney who were BEYOND RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL, COURTEOUS AND VERY FRIENDLY!!!!!!! Took a few hours to diagnose the fault light but eventually found the problem and resolved. Nice waiting area, my service desk person kept me informed during my stay and offered a loaner car as well.
