“I had two windshields replaced in a single day. A 2003 F150 (cracked glass) and a 2001 F250 (leaking). Shawn was the technician that was sent out. I was so thankful for his professional demeanor and acute knowledge as the repair on my F250 was not just a simple change-out due to damaged glass. I needed the windshield changed because of water leaking into the cab, getting behind the dashboard where the water was shorting out my fuse panel. This was causing certain accessories to receive power, even without the keys in the ignition, bypassing the fuses, and creating a fire hazard. When speaking to their dispatch, I was impressed with her professionalism and patience while I explained my detailed needs. I was able to be put on their schedule the very next week. The communication skills were also of note, as I was updated on the timeframe and given a confirmation call. The technician, Shawn, was very experienced and had a well-equipped, professional work van with all of the right tools. He was very polite and also had the patience to listen to my specific repair needs instead of trying to rush me off or interrupting. I would definitely recommend Chips Auto Glass to anyone. Their professionalism, communication skills, and accurate scheduling make them a relief to work with in what could have otherwise been a very stressful experience. Also, their pricing was very competitive as I had done some research beforehand. I appreciated being treated fairly and respectfully.”

“If you’re coming here for any exhaust work be ready to get greeted by the owner , who’s social skills are no where to be found and the often use of passive aggressiveness. Also be ready to be shut down mid conversation when you’re explaining what you want done when he ask you what you want . His son on the other hand , class act dude and does amazing fab work . Highly suggest to only explain to son what you want done on your car . Another review here confirms the attitude of dad jumping over you mid sentence basically telling you to shut up when you’re just explaining what need done . I am very happy to say that after getting the runaround from previous employees, I was finally able to reach Miss Annie and her husband the owners and they were amazing in helping me get the car fixed for the problems that we had paid for to have fixed and they went above and beyond to try to get a warranty on the engine we got they spent a lot of time working through the car to try to properly identify the situation and ensure everything was good and that my son would be safely on the road I've been remiss in updating this, but yes after they saw what was really going on they immediately contacted me and again I just wanted to think miss Annie so much and I would recommend going forward if anybody has any problems. Please talk with management with your concerns because they truly do care and the people that were complacent are no longer there.
Well it's been an experience for sure over the past 5-7 months. We had an issue with over heating and was told it needed a new water pump, Manny had us get that done and then the next issue pops up. There was a problem with starting it or like a loss of power. He checked a few things had the car for an extended time. Fixed what he said needed fixed few thousand more dollars, few days later still issues. Was told it needed a new engine, few thousand more and more time in the shop. Get it back still over heating and was told that it needed a water pump?🤔 they just did that and it's been less that 90 days many of them with the car sitting at the shop or the house. Now Manny and his crew are all gone. I spoke with Tony a new manager to this location not new to the company and was told that they are aware, he talked to the owner and that they would replace the water pump he would call me EOD and then nothing. I called back yesterday to inquire on an update he hemhawed that they would try to fit it in it's a 6-8hr job. I was like well it's a job we have already paid for, it's the sole vehicle and that it's been sitting at their shop for a while now and my son is riding a bike to work ( he literally had just got the car out the shop in Mar and a day later the car was not working again, he had to ride his bike to work and was hit by a car) so I again stressed yesterday that we need the car fixed properly. He assured me he would get it in yesterday and call me by EOD. No answer. Tony is off today so I spoke to the next guy, he said the car was not started. They were gonna call in a guy from another location and he would call me EOD today for an update, EOD has come and gone and yet again no answer and they are now closed. Over $7k in repairs that should have fixed problems yet we have been duped and not getting any results. I would like to speak to the actual owner who I was told would make sure that it would be taken care of. This is not a good way to do business.”

“I would like to say I took my son‘s truck in because his check engine light was on and I was greeted by Kevin Wilkerson. When I arrived I explained the situation to him. I told him my son had a third-party insurance. We got all the information he called the company and made everything as smooth sailing. I had an appointment scheduled for a Monday and he actually called me on Thursday prior and said that he spoke with his technician to go ahead and bring it in on Friday and he would get it done and that’s exactly what I did. I dropped it off the night before and he called me before closing told me it was done everything was paid and taken care of. I will definitely go back because I am very big on customer service and that’s exactly what I got was exceptional customer service.”
