“stopped by O’Reilly’s to replace a headlight bulb, and Colin, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to help me out. he took the time to make sure I got the correct one and even helped me install it right there. He was knowledgeable, and cared about making sure everything was done correctly.

“From the moment I dropped off my car to the moment I picked it back up this shops owner and son were diligent and helpful. After my car was wrecked, my mom recommended me to Triple C so I had a brief call with the owner and drove my car over for a quote on the damage. He kept it real with me on the cost of what it’d take to fix it because it would be too much coming out of pocket. The damages on my car were so bad that I couldn’t even drive it back home without it overheating so I kept it at his shop overnight until I could find a way to tow it. Somehow throughout the entire assessment process with my insurance company, my car stayed on his lot for 3 MONTHS, yet he never once charged me any storage fees out of kindness. My insurance was adamant on declaring my vehicle a total loss after its evaluation but still he fought for getting it fixed. They declared it a loss anyways but by the grace of God, the owner managed to convince them later to throw that out and pay to repair my car. Their repair time was impeccable and the work even more so. I felt like I picked up my car brand new off the auto mall lot again. They did an amazing job fixing her back up!! I wish I could attach the videos to show the before and after but the pictures will speak for themselves. Give this shop a chance. The owner actually cares about the customers and they will take good care of you.”

“Came here for a cabin filter for my truck and my wife’s car.
I came in and met the store manager Saul who was so nice. Saul used the new computer system to look up exactly what I needed for my truck and for my wife’s car.
We then needed windshield wipers for my wife’s car and Injector and sea foam.
Saul then put the windshield wipers on for my wife. He then assisted me with putting in the new cabin filter.
He was so nice in that he didn’t have my cabin filter and didn’t try to force me into a cheaper version. And was ok that I said I will go somewhere else for my cabin filter.
I would highly recommend coming back here. And thanks to Saul for being awesome.”

“Over the past 12 years I have shopped at this location. This Team is always friendly and helpful! Today I needed to stop and have my windshield wipers replaced. I called ahead to see which blades I might need and make sure they were in stock. I had a nice conversation on the phone with Tim (Timothy) Once I arrived I walked up to the counter, he took great care of me and even went out and put them on my car. Thankfully it was in between rain showers! Old School Friendly and Professional Customer Service is valuable, and priceless! Tim provided my with just that! 10 Gold Stars for him! Bravo”

“Absolute best service in town! Took my 2022 ram 2500 diesel that is lifted from the factory for a check and he was able to diagnose the issues no problem! The man and his crew are nothing short of rockstars! They pulled my truck in immediately and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. You cannot get better service no where in my opinion! I’m going to take my hellcat, jeep, and continue to take my ram 2500 and anything else I buy to these guys. I’m an old school mechanic and expect honesty and the owner was 100% just that. If you want a honest answer from experienced mechanics that are real experts in the field, just pull your car into the garage lane and they will handle your situation! I have full confidence in the ability's of this company! I look forward to dropping off my Jeep JK with them to do a full build.”

He kindly installed my new battery with such a pleasant attitude (even after he hit his head pretty hard on my car hood).. my car was acting up later so I brought my car back in to have the alternator tested, after he tested the alternator and it was good. I asked if maybe it could be bad gas in my car? I frantically ran back to get a the product from the shelf. When I got up to the register to pay, I realized I didn’t have my debit card and I only had eight dollars on me. He graciously pulled out his wallet and covered the balance. Greg didn’t have to do this. This jester is rare. I really appreciate his willingness to pay it forward.”

“Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and affordable. I called over 10 different places for quotes and these guys had the best price. Not only that, but things that they include with the service for the price they give, other companies will charge you for. Alignment is just an example. I had a 6in rc lift, extended brake line, cv axle, and control arm put, and 4 tires mounted and all that was still cheaper than what these other companies charge just for the installation. On top of that, the truck ride perfect. Definitely going back for more work. Ohh they are also an authorized rough country dealer/installer so don’t be afraid to give them a try.”
