At first, the managers were not so helpful but because they had limited access to database. As they are a third party store and not corporate. If this was stated in the begining it would have been helpful. But in the end everything turned out great. I praise the manager for maintaining his cool when I on the other hand was not. Mind you, I was on the phone with customer care the first representative did her part well. After that to complete the process I had been transfered to several representatives asking me the same exact questions getting me nowhere.”
