“I went in to have some menus printed for my son's homecoming from deployment from the middle east, and the gentlemen that helped me, went OVER AND BEYOND to get the printing looking beautiful. He was so patient with my changes and the needing of getting everything more centered on the page. Not only was his kindness GREATLY appreciated, so was his expertise. The store was also very busy, and he never lost his patience, helped everyone in a timely manner, and still assisted me with a big smile, patience, kindness and his expertise on how to do something, I could not do myself on my computer. The young man's name was Jaheem << not sure if I'm spelling it correctly, but how blessed is Staples to have such an excellent employee working for the company. It made me cry, as nobody careS about anybody anymore or EVER steps-up to the plate and over extends...but Jaheem did by MILES!!!!!”
