The view of the gulf is amazing, the unit is clean and well stocked, and the digital guide was easy to use and full of very helpful information and recommendations. The beach chairs and umbrella service was a special treat and the gulf water was perfect! We will be back!”

“Great location. Plenty of parking (you do have to pay for it). Super close beach access. Seperat company controls the beach chairs, unless you bring your own. Poolside bar, not open extremely late. Family friendly, not a party hotel! Quiet at night. There is some construction at the entrance and no light, can be difficult to get out especially on the weekends. Rooms are clean modern, spacious balcony. Restaurant on premises has a good selection and reasonable priced. Breakfast is not included. Coffee is free and actual good tasting. My wife and I stayed 1 week, was beautiful weather, best beaches in Florida and we have stayed at several places in Florida. Also we came the last week of September.”

“Great place to stay 3rd time staying here. Clean rooms and good breakfasts. Never disappoint. Pebbles at the front desk she took good care of us. And the maintenance guy did a quick a good job on replacing the ac unit i forgot to get he's name but he did great”

“So when checking in you check in with a video kiosk. And when booking online it says nothing about a 50.00 deposit ur suppose to get back in 4 to 5 days. However, it was cheap for the night, rooms are clean and fairly close to the beaches and food, shops, and about 30 mins from destin. For a Friday night it's not busy, so pretty quite.”

“Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Unfortunately, Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors TV and conversations. Although Did enjoy the free breakfast & the pool area was nice. All in all a decent place, but wouldn't recommend if you are really needing quiet and a good nights sleep.”

“Overall nice little cozy place for a quick night or two, but otherwise I would not stay long term. Room cleaning was nice not messy but not perfect. Bed is not the comfiest but its not a solid rock XD. 8/10 for convenience but 2/10 for long stays. Just stay for a night or two like I did, would definentially recommend for a first timer to Florida.”
