The view of the gulf is amazing, the unit is clean and well stocked, and the digital guide was easy to use and full of very helpful information and recommendations. “I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I celebrated my 31st birthday here and it truly exceeded my expectations. Kelly at the front desk was incredibly sweet and always greeted me by name whenever she saw me, which made the experience feel even more welcoming. Parking was easy and straightforward, the rooms were very clean, and I absolutely loved the convenient beach access. The elevators were a little slow at times, but honestly that was my only minor issue. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again! ?”

“Robert and Floyd made my stay absolutely worth it! The Tiki Bar, specifically, was amazing. Robert absolutely rocked it! Floyd made everything run so smoothly, and they both did it with such great style and personality. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. They were attentive, friendly, and just made the whole stay that much more enjoyable. Having people like Robert and Floyd working there really makes a difference. “Great location. Plenty of parking (you do have to pay for it). Super close beach access. Seperat company controls the beach chairs, unless you bring your own. Poolside bar, not open extremely late. Family friendly, not a party hotel! Quiet at night. There is some construction at the entrance and no light, can be difficult to get out especially on the weekends. Rooms are clean modern, spacious balcony. Restaurant on premises has a good selection and reasonable priced. Breakfast is not included. Coffee is free and actual good tasting. My wife and I stayed 1 week, was beautiful weather, best beaches in Florida and we have stayed at several places in Florida. Also we came the last week of September.”

“Amazing home right on the beach. Steps away from a beachfront bar/grill. The house has everything you could need; fully stocked kitchen and pantry filled with all kinds of useful cooking equipment and utensils, food storage containers for leftovers, and a great kitchen to cook for guests. The dual microwaves made cooking dinner for a kid quick and easy! The hot tub on the deck is a great spot to sit after coming in from the beach with an excellent view of the Gulf. On top of all the great things about the house, it is managed by a really top notch set of property managers that make sure you have everything you need for your stay. We stayed in Dune Sandy previously, stayed in Dune Beachy this year as Sandy was already booked, and can say that we had an amazing experience at both properties!”

Had a very nice indoor and outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi. 2 min walking distance to the beach, liquor store, breakfast, shopping, and more. We live like 45 min away from the resort and this is where we will stay from now on. They also offer timeshares.”

“Even after hurricane they were very welcoming and friendly. We had a room at a different place and they didn’t notify me about them being closed so we drove 6 hours and didn’t have a place until we found Village Inn and they were a life saver. Everyone that works at Village Inn is very sweet and welcoming. Will stay there again!”
