“I was needing to change my home plan and add services with COX as I was already a customer for three years. I had been into the store twice and called customer service and they could not help me on two different occasions. I then decided to return to the store and requested the help of a different customer service person. As I explained of my previous visits and how I was rudely turned away, given INCORRECT information on submitting and claim for repairs on my phone and was able to finally add the service, the Hispanic young lady that NOT HELPED AT ALL simply smiled and carried on with her duties. I was extremely disturbed that I had made so many trips and called the 800 number many times and NO ONE was willing to simply decrease my data, add cable services and another line to my Cellular service. My guy MITCHELL at cox FWB was able to help! He was a life saver. He did not treat me as though I was bothering Him and handled all of my WIFI and cellular needs!”
“I have been a t-mobile customer for over 15 years, as in still had the original jump program plan. I have been in several times asking how to lower my bill and no one has even suggested switching plan...until I went in Tuesday. Greena was AMAZING! She helped me switch plans and get me into a new phone (I went in because my S22+ had stopped charging). These things can be a lengthy process and she made it so easy and fun. Brandon H.
