“Wanted to commend Kyle and his manager for all the assistance they provided. Had a phone that needed to be unlocked remotely which can only be done by customer service. After repeated very frustrating calls to TMobile customer service, one of those employees referred me to my local store. Kyle worked tirelessly to help me. He was disconnected a number of times and definitely not treated as a fellow employee by them. He finally connected with someone that has the same work ethic and got them to understand what needed to be done. His manager is commended for allowing him the time to help me and not pressuring him to move on to other people. Thank you both”

“I was needing to change my home plan and add services with COX as I was already a customer for three years. I had been into the store twice and called customer service and they could not help me on two different occasions. I then decided to return to the store and requested the help of a different customer service person. As I explained of my previous visits and how I was rudely turned away, given INCORRECT information on submitting and claim for repairs on my phone and was able to finally add the service, the Hispanic young lady that NOT HELPED AT ALL simply smiled and carried on with her duties. I was extremely disturbed that I had made so many trips and called the 800 number many times and NO ONE was willing to simply decrease my data, add cable services and another line to my Cellular service. My guy MITCHELL at cox FWB was able to help! He was a life saver. He did not treat me as though I was bothering Him and handled all of my WIFI and cellular needs!”

“We are camping in Panama City Beach. We were having an awful time trying to set up our dish. I had talked to Dish and dish outdoors and was getting nowhere. I was given the number to this store. I wish Dave was the first one I had talked to. He knew more than all of the others I had talked to. If you are having trouble with your satellite equipment make sure you call him. He was a lifesaver for us. We have a handicapped son and he has to have his tv. Thank you Dave.”
