“I was totally stressed over a situation regarding my cell phone service. Amy (I think that is her name, she is the new manager) walked me through the situation and resolved it. Would recommend the business to anyone. The new manager is great!”

“Laura was so amazing, she made sure that everything was covered that we needed that day; also set us up for Fiber; very thankful for her, she was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. Would recommend her to anyone coming to this store; she will listen, ask questions, and make ‘ya feel like you’re talking to a friend just trying to help you out. 10/10.”

“I had a great experience at this Cricket Wireless location. The lady who helped me, I believe her name was Charlotte, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of when Boost Mobile wouldn't unlock my phone to switch carriers. They gave me a transfer code and everything and when I went to port my number to Cricket, Boost shut off my phone. That left me with no phone service for the holidays. Long story short, I had to start new service with a new phone at Cricket and Charlotte helped me thru it so professionally. She even tried her best to get Boost to cooperate with us. I got a great phone for a really good price. Its been a month now and I really enjoy my service much better than Boost Mobile.”
