“My experience today was phenomenal . The owner and Naomi were so so kind .i seriously wanted to give him a bear hug but didn’t wanna scare him so I refrained. I gave him the nick name PJ (pop jr) since he doesn’t look old enough to be the pop at the mom and pop business . He was so knowledgeable about the food my puppies need and what would fit my budget .(which is an extremely tight one ) they were both so patient . I’ was on my way into my usual pet store but I’m so glad I decided to take a detour today . I have found a place I can trust and also feel welcomed to. Honestly they give a family kind of vibe .. support our local business at earth pets!”

“Me and others in my family have been taking our dogs here for many years including their past location. Jared is great with the dogs and is very good about making them feel calm when they are nervous. I'm always happy with the results and the prices are more than fair. I don't get the complaints about the high prices. Their bills have to get paid and for a wash, cut and nails trimmed, it still costs less than what women pay just to have their nails done at a nail salon.”

“Just got our two huskies back from PetSmart. Let me tell you; Alexandra groomed them and she was WONDERFUL! She understands how huskies came be and we have one that is extra! As long as she is there, we will continue to personally book with her. Omar is highly sensitive but super friendly. He is so different when getting groomed because he doesn’t like it at all. However, Alexandra said she would take him on and I love that! We actually spent time talking of different ways to get him calmer prior to his grooming appointment. They are lovable dogs but Omar just does not like to be groomed - even by me. Thank you Alexandra for just taking such good care of them and we were very pleased how they turned out.”
“She is the best on the Westside of ************! Can't beat her prices! SOOOO...Make sure to tip well. She is so worth it!!!! My baby looks so good when I pick her up. I don't know what she does to her teeth but her breath smells so good for days after. I try to brush them but she still has bad breath. I am going to have to ask her on my next appointment what she uses.”

“After losing our Father and brothers and dog to a hate crime on Easter Sunday, my remaining kids were devastated,My daughter wanted to get a new puppy to bring some joy and healing to her brothers so she went to Puppies Galore, we didn’t have the money to get a puppy, so again it was another hurt and we left, having faith that God would provide in His time.The next day we got a phone call that puppies galore and the breeder wanted to bless us with a puppy, the one we fell in love with they wanted to give us some joy after the tragedy of losing Ella. “This is Leonardo Eugene the Great of Jacksonville. Aka... Leo. He is the sweetest thing ever. We added him to the family on Feb 17th after I was on the hunt for the perfect pet. I had 0 intention of getting a puppy. In fact, I was content on a bunny. My husband remembered a puppy store in the mall. So in a strange turn of events, on the way to an exotic pet store, I made a split second decision to follow his lead.The ppl who work there instantly welcomed us in, and explained how everything works..we happened to see another customer with 2 pomeranians and I was just so tickled over their sweetness and fluff! That customer left and I was so excited bc I said "I want that one!!" They closed us in a small gate where my husband and I, along with my 5 yo and 2 yo granddaughter and Leo just played..me n the kids sat in the floor and we just... played. A puppy is a huge decision for us. We haven't had pets in years and we needed to be sure we were doing the right thing. They allowed us as much time as we needed and once we fell in love, we spoke to the owner about the price. He was friendly, negotiable, attentive, and engaging. After trading stories and negotiations, we bought our baby pom and brought him home. Our entire family feels blessed to have had such a pleasant experience, and would definately purchase from puppy avenue again. Our Leo is, and always has been in tip top health. We can't imagine life without him. I'm sorry others didn't get the same experience but I felt the need to share mine, because not everyone's is the same. We'll be back at some point to get Leo's companion and add the last and final member to this 6 children 1 pet-baby home... thank you puppy ave!”
