“Very professional staff and very friendly. I’ve come here multiple times and they always help with even the most simple of things. Things I could do myself but missed. If you ever need a good mechanic place you can trust just go here. And once we had a whoops and they fixed it no charge. Do yourself a favor and go here. Oil change is quick and they don’t try and sell you BS just recommendations and that’s up to u. By far one of the best and easiest shops to deal with.”

“Pep Boys has come through for us so many times. I've had tire replacements, and brake jobs done. I just pulled in the other day with my tire leaking, they pulled out a nail and patched it for free on the spot. We needed a battery changed in another car which was a specific special order and much more expensive but they matched the price of the other place that we called. As far as I'm concerned this is the place to go. Their customer service is awesome as well as their work. Stop in and see Miranda in the Leesburg office, she will help you with a smile on her face.”

“Chuck is THE MAN! He made me feel right at home and put my fears aside, especially as a woman who usually doesn’t handle this stuff. He took the time to make sure things were clear and that I understood why I needed service, never treating me like I wouldn’t understand. I would recommend my friends, family, and anybody else to come see and talk to him about what's on their mind about their vehicle - he will tell you with no BS, no overselling. I will be back soon and ask for him by name, totally turned around how I feel about Pep Boys - best service and communication I have EVER had in car service! Thank you so much again Chuck and if you guys actually read these, please give this man his own store ASAP! We need more of him in the car business!”

“While driving to work at 6 am, I got a flat tire. Switched cars with my mom. Mom called AAA and had towed to Tire Choice who we use to service our vehicle. Tire Choice replaced the tire, did their free checks of the vehicle and let us know when ready to pick up. I was able to work my nursing shift without worries knowing my vehicle was in good hands. They are convenient, competent and trust worthy.”
