“Call to get price on a use tire they had it in stock told them I will be in a few got there and I pulled up to the bay door and they took care of me. They were fast on doing my tires they were sweet kind and professional I will be going back ,prices are great there I would refer my friends and family there thank you guys”

Whichever Pep boys Jordans go I go, so far he's been transferred to three Pep boys why do I do that, you might ask ? Because he is an honest employee, a real human that doesn't take advantage and looks out for his customers. I trust him and his previous manager David but if Jordan goes to another location I go to him.
By the way .. There's not that many Jordans, he truly knows it all and he does it all. !!!

Jordan is been working for you guys for about 8 years, and he is an amazing worker, you guys have no idea who you have there. You should spend your time learning everything he does for you guys he can work the front and when you short I. The back he goes and help in the back as well!
Jordan has taken care of 4 family cars and continues to to take care of them. If he is transferred I go where he goes, because I truly trust him with my vehicles.
I hope that Jordan someday is given a higher opportunity so many of your employees can learn from him.!”

“Years ago, when my mother was still driving, she used to take her car here. She always commented on how nice the staff were. Today I took my travel trailer in to have the rubber valve stems replaced with metal ones. In talking with the manager I learned he and his wife are the third generation running this place and the apple didn’t fall far from the tree. Extremely nice folks and they got the work done in short order. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend you check with them if you need some work done.”

Needed an alignment, getting ready to take a trip north, the owner got me right in with no appointment. Wayne handled the job, he was thorough and knowledgeable along with being personable.
