The gentleman that runs the place is very respectful and decent. He could've taken advantage of me financially but cut me a break out of decency and fairness. He has always been available and kind in every interaction.

Have had storage there for years. Climate control at reasonable prices. Only reason I gave up my unit was because I moved. Otherwise I'd still be a tenant. Staff was very understanding when my payment was a bit late. Would definitely rent a unit there again if I had the need and it was closer to my new apartment.
