I was scammed at this store. At&t offered me a 3-month refund on my bill for it. Over $2000 in charges. The employee that messed up my account was Deanna I believe. She didn't know how to set up the Account ended up setting up two accounts swapped phone numbers to cover up the mistake. Made a mistake called her manager that was not on duty to correct the mistake and never fix the mistake.

Amazing customer service! Jarred and Phillip helped us move from Verizon to ATNT; upgraded our lines, and even though they didn’t have the new phone I wanted in the color I wanted, they arranged so I could get my new device in less than 2 days via shipping!
Philip was very informative and helpful while also training a new staff member; and Jarred was very helpful in getting us the best deal possible for our needs!
DJ was also super helpful when Phillip had a question or two!
Overall, great staff, stellar service and overall satisfied with our new phone plan!

We recently were in the store to upgrade an iPhone and had the pleasure of working with Greg who was able to not only accommodate our needs for a new phone, but also worked to help us upgrade our current plan to provide more services and reduce the monthly cost of our bill! That's what I call above and beyond customer service! We thoroughly enjoyed working with him and the other staff members at the store - and will certainly recommend AT&T (especially the Oaks store) to friends.

I always have a good experience but this last visit was absolutely next level! All thanks to Greg (Regina) and Jarrod (Karen)! From the moment I got in there they made me feel welcomed and comfortable and gave me the opportunity to not be nervous and just be myself! Thank you both more than you know for being so amazing! 10/10 I recommend this store over them all!

Greg gave me A+++ service today 12/7/2024 . He was very understanding to my situation and jumped right into solving the problem quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend I will be back again for anything I may need help with concerning my services or purchases.

My past experiences at this location and with At&T in general, have been miserable, however, the recent experience I had with the manager and their staff was incredible. My mother is not super tech literate, and they treated her with great care, fitting her with a proper new phone after hers broke, as well as reducing the bill
