Extremely great service. Was having an issue with my tires and drove by close to closing on the off chance they could help and they didn’t hesitate to assist despite it being late. The manager, Nick was awesome and more than willing to help. Also explained a lot of stuff about my car and some of the services that they offer which was greatly appreciated. Planning to use them on future services as their willingness to help and not hesitating to explain things about their services was extremely helpful.

A smooth and wonderful experience. Auto ER is my go to for my oil change, but this time it was a first for getting work done on my vehicle from them. Tim and Al both helped me and provided an excellent service by answering any of my questions and assessing my concern. They are very thorough. I needed to get a few parts replaced and the car is running smoothly and they did a great job! Definitely my go to for auto services and highly recommend. Thank you guys!

Bobby from AutoER has been incredibly helpful to me. I got into an accident that badly damaged the passenger side of my car. Nissan quoted me $7,000 just to fix some of the damage as a 23-year-old student, there was no way I could afford that. My dad, who’s a big fan of Bobby, told me to take my car to AutoER instead.
Bobby took a look at it and immediately put me at ease. He was able to repair it so I could drive safely again and for just a fraction of what Nissan tried to charge me. I’m so grateful for his honesty and skill. I’ll definitely be coming back he’s replacing my bumper for me and for any future work I need.
AutoER is the kind of place that truly looks out for drivers and genuinely wants to help, not just take your money. I can’t recommend them enough!

Drove over there just needing a clip on the bottom of my car. Asked them to check it out for me and they instantly took it into the bay and did it free of charge. A massive thank you to Nick for taking care of me and being speedy. Definitely recommend Auto ER

I had a check engine light start blinking on my road trip to Gainesville and took my car to Auto ER to have them check it out. The entire experience was excellent. Rachel, the Assistant Manager and my main contact, went above and beyond to explain the estimate process and the repair. She treats you like family. The vibe of the whole place is that the employees enjoy their jobs and genuinely care about helping people.

Tried to start my car after work and discovered my battery was dead. Couldn't drive anywhere but auto ER was walkable. Called auto ER archer road and despite not having a battery in stock they offered to have one driven in from their warehouse. 15 minutes before closing. And they offered to drive me back to my car so I didn't have to walk back carrying the battery. It's not just auto ER it's auto social work. 5 stars.

I have a very rare vehicle that most mechanics are afraid of. I took it here for swapping the brake master cylinder and they took great care of it! The staff were all respectful and professional. In particular I'd like to thank one of their mechanics, Marshall. This man was VERY meticulous about everything he did, he was extra careful not to damage anything, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND in multiple ways. I am absurdly grateful. I will be taking my vehicle here, and only here, from now on. I am beyond pleased.

I drive for a living, and I heard a concerning noise in my car so I stopped in to see if I could figure out what was going on as I had just had new tires installed about two weeks ago.
Dustin Littleton took the time to not only assess my vehicle, but he moved the schedule around to help me replace both rear bearings which had gone bad in a timeframe that allowed me not to miss any work assigned to me for the day.
Service like this is not the usual these days, and so the fact he took the time to not only care, but also ensure that my problem was corrected as quickly as he did would have earned 10 stars if it was available to grade that well!
I will definitely be using this store on sixth Street for my future maintenance and repair needs, so thanks again to Dustin and his entire team!
