Newest visit , fail. This location seemed less interested in assisting me replace a life time warranty tool, then moving people through the check out line.
That said,
The corporate office actually called me, and sent me to a sister store, who already had my replacement tool waiting.

AutoZone used to be my store at one time through the days month year the quality of service really went down the toilet I kind of slowly stop doing business with them they have customer service don't know what they're doing

I ordered a part here first thing in the morning, payed for overnight shipping and was told no later than 1pm the next day. I called around 10am the next day and was told it’s not there. They told me to come by at 1 and when I show up it’s still not there. It was time sensitive as I needed to drive the car out of town to catch a flight. The employee told me the delivery truck should be stopping by any second. Let’s say I waited until 3pm and I couldn’t stay. I know sometimes these deliveries run late but I decided I’ll come back after my trip since it never showed up.
As for today you would think the part is there ready to be picked up and it was. As soon as I open it up it’s not the correct part. Checking the part number and it was for the wrong vehicle.
Let’s just say I won’t be ordering online or in store because everything handled wasn’t don’t correct.
The unenthusiastic employee gave me a refund but I can’t get my time back for this.

I received Very poor customer service today when I returned some items I purchased yesterday for a detailing job that rescheduled,I was treated as if i was dishonest and used the items and returned them when I was done with a job I never got to do,I felt embarrassed,I explained to the African American male clerk that embarrassed me that there was no need to open the bottle of tire shine and the bottle of interior cleaner I purchased because I'm not dishonest and petty,plus I'm married to a Doctor so money isn't an issue,the reason why I returned the items I purchased is because I saw no reason having items I won't use laying around my garage not being used,so I brought my receipt and my debit card along with my identification card so I can get a refund,that was an uncomfortable experience and an uncomfortable feeling,I definitely won't be going back and I don't recommend that kind of customer service to anyone !!!!!!!

I needed a new battery for my vehicle. We discover, It was quite a challenge to replace the new battery. Two AutoZone Auto Parts employees worked willingly, in the hot sun and heat, to accomplish the task. I am most grateful to both men for their act of kindness. Great customer service. Thanks to you both! ?

I went here to get some security bolts for my license plate. Pull up next to an employee who was belly deep into somebody's engine helping them fix something. And when I went in and asked the girl at the counter if she could help me find the security bolts because me and my husband are disabled and have to walk with canes. She got them for us. When I asked if somebody could help us put them on she said in a snotty voice "No we don't do that." They can help somebody with an engine problem screwing two bolts on a license plate for disabled people with beyond their capability. We came back and returned the boats and found out from the manager so that they weren't even license plate screws but for trailers. We told him what went down with her and he said he will talk to her I doubt that anything got done with this girl but I'll never come back here.

My car battery died while traveling, so I stopped into this autozone. Noah was quick in diagnosing the issue as well as getting me setup with a new one and installing it to boot. I was in and out in under 10 minutes! Would definitely come by again
