“I really liked the ease of the process and assistance at this location. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Mark handled most of the work related to my rental. Someone had broken into my car (a Kia) so my insurance was covering a rental while my car was in the shop. Mark picked me up from the repair shop and took me to Enterprise. He made sure I knew the ins and outs of the vehicle I rented since I had never driven a large pick up truck (Chevrolet Silverado 4x4) before. “Steve came out and worked on our 2021 Cascadia. Coolant sensor was bad and had a bad wire connecting to the end piece. Steve worked hard and got us fixed and rolling within a couple hours. “I had a very positive experience. I arrived about 30 minutes prior to my original posted time. I only had to wait approximately 15 minutes or less. The female staff person was extremely nice and friendly. The vehicle ended up being a free upgrade since they did not have available the original selected vehicle. The vehicle was clean and fresh with a full tank of gas. I would use them again and recommend others the same.”

“I had the best rental experience ever at this Hertz location on the morning of 9/25/25! After my train was super delayed, I had to rush to rent a car to make it to my destination in time. The young man who helped me went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He cared about my situation and made me feel like a valued and appreciated customer. His kindness was authentic, and his service made a huge difference in my previously chaotic situation! I left there feeling elated to be in a great car and finally headed to where I needed to be. It totally turned my day around, and I would definitely rent from Hertz again ?”
“Inam, one of the counter agents, is just awesome. Kind, polite, and very efficient and communicative. I've engaged with him a few times when renting a car and he is just the best, and I wanted to say so here. As an anecdote, I recently rented a car (Dec. 21) and showed up a bit before the counter was scheduled to open at 9 am. A few minutes prior to that, Inam appeared and very politely let me and another customer know the counter was about to open. Thank you so much, Inam!!”
“Friendly folks, but don't give ya a lot of information It's been well over a week since i rented and the $400 security deposit is showing pending on my credit card. They told me 3 to 5 business days. When i called to inquire i was then told 10 to 20 business days. I mean seriously? Anyways other than that it was a good experience and a nice car i was given”

“Thank you, Adham. We experienced mechanical difficulties with our rental and needed to get back home, 400 miles away. As soon as the Enterprise location opened, we met Adham Massoud , the assistant manager, and he was great. He listened. He cared. Adham had no vehicles available, but said he would eventually have something as the day progressed. We waited. It took us about 2 hours but Adham swapped out our problem car for a Tucson, and we made it home safely. Thank you, Adham.
I note that while I am retired, I was a successful business owner for many years and recognized the talents of Adham. He diagnoses problems quickly and accurately. He manages his team efficiently and juggles many problems at once. He recalls the names of waiting customers and remembers their needs.
