Schwab office is friendly and professional services. The local office has knowledgeable and helpful someone who answer questions and concerns in person or call. The phone app is very easy to follow and understand, and client can decide how to move assets while someone will teach and help. When issues were complicated, they quickly fix problems, explain Schwab jargon in plain English and had correct forms. Overall the experience was exemplary, client centered and helpful.

This was at a satellite Charles Schwab office. It is relatively small but the people working there work as a team so if the person I usually use is not in I can get the exact information I need. Very helpful and quick. They understand what I'm looking for and guide me correctly. Quick and helpful
