“After multiple calls to "customer service," in the cloud , I decided it was hopeless, and a complete waste of time and things were getting real complicated very rapidly.. I was leary of going into the office , fearing more of the same .. Then there was Julia , who was really on top of things and fixed everything very rapidly .. When we got there she was already familar with all the stuff I had messed up and we started from scratch and she already had printed out the correct forms.. She has a way of explaining all of Schwab jargon in plain English, and was very helpful in every way”

“I have been using PNC bank since I was 16 years old. My parents took me into my first PNC with $100 to start an account. 15 years later and that account is still going strong! When I moved to Florida 3 years ago I was so happy to find out we have a few PNC bank locations in town. I was in this PNC branch this past week and again like others the customer service was wonderful. This PNC branch has the software and the machine to make new and replacement PNC cards. This is so helpful! If your card gets lost, stolen, or just is old and you need a new one, this place can create you a new card in the matter of a few minutes. It is also nice that you can keep the same number as well. The staff and Bankers are always really friendly and help answer lots of questions! I would for sure recommend this bank in the Gainesville area!”
