I would give cox a zero if I could. Internet out almost 24 hours so far. Last update was 4 hrs ago. Can’t find out when service will be fixed. Cox will not adjust our bill for outages. There was no storm damage where we live , so they can’t blame the outage on weather.

Everytime I turn around the internet is out, or having technical difficulties. They charge way too much to always have issues. My internet has been out ALL night! They keep telling me that a technician is working on the issue, but, can't give me an estimate time. This is ridiculous! How long does this REALLY take! I cant even enjoy watching tv. I have to use my cellular data to watch tv from my phone!!!

Cox communications is the absolute worst company to use for any service. They are awful, dishonest and thieves at best. The only reason they still exist in my area is because they maintained a monopoly for 10+ years. Now that's finally coming to an end. I hope cox communications and their board die with the poor customer service. I have never been treated so badly by a company I paid for a service.

If I get ONE MORE SNOTTY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, I'm going to walk in the office and make a FORMAL COMPLAINT.
Just had a rewire job today and EVERYTHING IS DOWN AGAIN.
Everything DOWN for the 5th time today!! I have a heart monitor on my wifi!!! This is really POOR SERVICE!!! Had a tech out today!!!! COX SUX!!!! LITERALLY!!!
Just had a CREEPY tech support man tell me to CALM DOWN and he'll help? REALLY? Just picked up a BRAND NEW MODEM. HORRIBLE SERVICE from TECH SUPPORT.

Wow!! Today my TV told me it needed more wifi. I was FORCED to call and UPGRADE???? Gave me one "deal" and then apologized and said "that deal isn't good anymore"

The quality of internet service provided by Cox is a joke. Frequent outages. Customer service is outsourced and they can’t do anything to help you. I’d use a different company (literally ANY other company) if I wasn’t stuck living in a Cox monopoly. With the volume of random internet outages I may just go to Starbucks and use their internet. This company is absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Though we recently switched to iq fiber for our home internet due to better configuration of upload and download speeds, all inclusive and stable pricing the equipment return at the cox store was fast, friendly, and efficient. Won't miss the frequent rate increases and outages of cox in gainesville.
