“I really like Radiant, especially because when I have a question, the customer service folks have an answer. When I walk into the bank, I'm greeted by the tellers, and we have gotten to know each other and I am called by name, by many of the tellers. When I speak to a customer assistant person, often I end up speaking with a familiar person. I feel comfortable whether inside the bank or in the car line. My husband served as a board member for several years also. The service at this new version (Radiant) is still good but more impersonal than it was even just a few years ago. We no longer feel a part of the credit union community and rarely know the names of the employees much less get to know them or them us because of the endless rotation of staff members. We continue our membership with Radiant Credit Union because we still feel that the efficiency with which most of our transactions are carried out is acceptable.”

There were a few questions I needed answered and I left my phone number because everyone was busy at the local credit union trying to help other customers and we could only leave messages if you chose to call instead of come into the office. I got a call back from one of the Radiant Credit Union offices in Gainesville Florida, on Archer Rd. about 10-15 minutes later from ASHLEY.
