The room just felt dirty. The whole property seems to be missing some ascetic items. My rooms bathroom shower had a stained floor and the shampoo was ripped off the wall. Huge wasps nest in the courtyard.
Just overall not a comfortable stay.
The service was fine and located right off the interstate (so that was good).

While on the run from Hurricane Milton we were in need of lodging. We were so thankful and appreciative to find a Hilton property for a temporary roof over our heads before we could go back home. Over the phone we spoke with a very gracious person named Holly. She was great. Unfortunately, that turned out to be the apex of our stay. Upon our arrival, the front desk and lobby area appeared to be in decent condition and gave no indication as to the horrid state of the rooms. Upon entering the room I was absolutely appalled at the lack of cleanliness. This was the filthiest hotel room in which I have ever stayed. The room stank as though someone was using a foul smelling "air freshener" to cover something up. The shower floor was disgusting and had obviously never been cleaned since the hotel opened for business. There was mildew in the shower. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, however, there was a grate on the bathroom wall that might have housed a fan at some point during the hotel's history and the grate was covered in a "carpet" of dust. Yuck. Speaking of carpet, the carpet in the room was frayed to the point there were gaping holes in it. The bed linens were stained. The entire ceiling in the room also had quite a variety of stains. The base of the bedside lamp was also carpeted in a hairy dustball. When entering the lobby area, you are forced to walk through a makeshift smoking area. There are two plastic Adirondack chairs that were perpetually filled by smokers doing their thing. Ugh. So gross to be subjected to that just to go to one's room. The day before our departure, we stopped at the front desk to inquire if there were on-site laundry facilities since we had evacuated and had limited clothing. Wow, didn't get her name, but the red-haired woman who should not be in a customer service role, was clearly too busy to be bothered by such a ridiculous question and couldn't even bring herself to look away from her computer. Out of curiosity, and subsequent to our stay, I looked up other reviews for this property and wasn't surprised to see similar unhappy posts with replies from a manager indicating the property is to be refurbished at some future date. Based on my recent experience, I'm of the opinion the location should just be razed. If you should find yourself in the area and in need of lodging, there is an I-75 overpass nearby that is cleaner and probably more comfortable.

Last minute stay needed for one night due to hurricane Milton. Room was not ready for an hour after regular check in time but there was a LOT going on in FL so I'm not blaming the hotel for that. Room was very clean, bathroom could use some sprucing up for sure but had a great stay overall for one night.

Grateful for a room during the hurricane. The bathroom shower looked dirty and very difficult to turn on. The front desk clerks could be a bit more friendly. They do have a nice work out room.

Very close to Walmart and shoppes. Busy area traffic wise. Hotel was comfortable and staff were accommodating.

I’ve stayed at this hotel over a dozen times in the past five years. I used to love staying here, but the hotel has gone downhill over the past couple of years. The rooms are run down, the breakfast is horrible, and the staff is practically unbearable. During my current stay during the UF/UCF game weekend, I bought two rooms for two nights. One room was purchased with points, and the other was $1,000 for the two nights. When we got back to the hotel after the game, there was no place to park because the hotel was way oversold. We ended up parking one of our vehicles elsewhere (for a fee) and had to park our second vehicle in an unsafe area. I then approached the front desk and spoke to the attendant (Chuck) and told him I was upset I had to pay to park somewhere else, and asked to speak to a manager. Chuck contacted a manager, but the manager would not speak with me. I indicated I would wait until a manager was willing to talk to me. They then decided to call the police. That is how ridiculous the staff at this hotel is. Of course, there is nothing the police can do, because there is nothing I did that would even remotely invoke police involvement. This is just par for the course on the staff here, they are all rude from the front desk to the lady that runs the horrible breakfast. As a Diamond member, I stay at many Hilton properties. I must say, this is one of the worst managed properties out there. Stay elsewhere!

Great staff, took great care of my company while we were in for the hurricane
Rooms: Nice freezing cold rooms with a fridge that will freeze your beer lol
Walkability: Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance.
Food and drinks: Amazing variety all around you

Currently 1 week into my 3 week stay for work. So far the staff has been friendly and attentive. The bar, food and breakfast buffet are pretty good. The location is very convenient as it is close to everything.
