I use to really love going to this store but then they stopped organizing things by size. Why do I care about what color something is? I am not expecting it to be perfect but the jean section is beyond horrible, then the dress section is too messy to sort through. What a shame. Was my favorite thrift store in Gainesville and now I prefer to go anywhere else. The store is just a mess, even by thrift store standards.

I'm referring to the Goodwill on 34th Street it was so dingy and depressing it was literally like going into somebody's backyard where they was just garbage and junk everywhere!! I'm not even kidding the toilet. Words cannot even begin to express how bad it was!! worse than most gas stations I've seen. I thought something was going to crawl up me I couldn't go then the manager came to approve my frequent Shoppers card generally I go to the 23rd Street which is much better and after spending $200 they gave me a 20% discount am I supposed to feel incentivised by that. I felt insulted. Enough said. I never want to go back there again!!

Many nice clothing items for entire family. Well organized.

So many useful cloths, but an utter nightmare trying to figure out where certain sizes are. If they'd sort the clothes by sizes, they'd probably sell 75% more items. I watched as three other individuals left without purchasing a single item of clothing because they got fed up searching for sizes that we hanging totally unorganized. It's a waste of time trying to find a specific item as the store is presently laid out.

Goodwill in Gainesville usually has a lot of clothes to for the entire family. They have had a variety of formal clothing such as; for proms, weddings, dining and theatre, if so arises. Sometimes there are electronics as radios, tv's, curling irons, furniture, tables and lamps. And not to leave out shoes and socks. I believe what makes this store so popular are the kind and considerate people who donate to such a worthy cause.
