The manager is terrible he gives the store a bad look... I'm a regular customer there but I rarely go now because of him.

Im a regular in this store, the new manager is very rude. I had a problem with something i purchase & he comes to the front yelling at the worker as if it was her fault & even tried to act as if it was not his problem to correct. He's very disrespectful to the staff & customers not a good look for the store.

MANAGER IS AWFUL. The rest of the staff were friendly and polite.
I love goodwill- and typically enjoy the shopping experience, but when the manager is yelling at everyone to get to the register- and down right rude to employees it’s very difficult to want to come back. I understand it was the end of the night, but you can teach employees how to encourage shoppers to the line instead of standing at the register yelling across the store.
Because it was the end of the night 20minutes before they closed the dressing room. I was in line about 5 minutes before the store closed. And not surprisingly the line was huge. She had only two registers open with multiple people on the floor and a line that was about 6/7 people deep- with carts full. As I waited I did peruse, but I kept checking back to my cart. I was in line for 15min… and then when I got to check out the young man checking me out wasn’t quick- and honestly I was looking at my items closer because I hadn’t been able to see them in the fitting room, but he was never waiting on me.. .. and then the manager decides to reprimand me for taking to long.
Not the employee, not HER decision for only having one registerer open, but me because I was the last customer (she had already checked out the customer in line behind me.).. ultimately it’s not a huge deal. It’s the principle. You want customers out of the store sooner- open more than 2 registers- oh but that means you have to close out and count down more registers.. more work for YOU.
I don’t know if that’s what happened, but it certainly felt I was causing a problem, for purchasing items-
It to mention prices are INSANE. Especially for second hand, and goodwill’s quality is always on the lower end. They want the same price I can get items brand new.
Y’all can have it.

The only reason I would give them even a 2 star rating is because of the loyal employees that come in and work really hard at this location. There is a manager there that is absolutely insufferable. He is really rude to the employees; there is no reason why I should be able to hear the personal business being discussed as a customer. This place will lose the good staff they do have if this man isn't taught better managerial skills.

This rating is purely based off of customer service. Called to inquire whether or not they had a shower chair. The person on the phone said they usually do, yet refused to go check when asked. We made a trip to this goodwill 30 minutes later from Alachua, and there was no shower chair there. I hope somehow, the employees here can stop being so lazy and inconsiderate to their customers.

The staff at this Goodwill was so kind and helpful! The store is very clean and any employee that we came across was very happy and polite. I bought a gray recliner that required team work to get apart. They went above and beyond to help and it did not go unnoticed for sure! I also accidentally told them that a buggy was not ours, not knowing my daughter left it there for me to watch. The clothes got put back. When we realized what happened the girl ,who just put them away, helped us find the items again. Great employees are very hard to come across these days! Hats off to these ladies and gentlemen.

Said hello to an employee as we were walking into the store together, she ignored me then let the door close in my face rather than hold it open for the cart and I as most decent ppl would do. I let it slide even though she obviously did this on purpose, there's no dought. I'm not quite sure what I did to offend this employee but the other employee behind the register also completely ignored me upon entering as I said hello. What's going on here? I decided to abandon my cart a few feet into the store and just leave. I wouldn't want to actually find something to purchase and have to deal with one of these rude women. Please someone in charge ask these employees what a person they've never met before could of possibly done to offend them! ? Be better, y'all work in customer service. EVERYONE should be treated the same no matter what they look like. This goes in ALL directions! Not one way.

This goodwill is the best one in town. I called both to ask if they had a cane because my husband is injured. The other goodwill associate was super rude, mumbled, and didn’t give any info on if there was a cane at the store. The associate at this store was so kind and helpful on the phone, she gave me prices and details on the available canes without me having to ask! If you have to choose one, this is the better goodwill.

I absolutely love this store! Prices are unbeatable, the staff are just lovely, and everything in the store is high quality. I love how everything is organized. All of the staff work so hard. I have been to many goodwills, but this is my favorite one and I will continue to come back here! There is no better Goodwill than this one!! You will not regret coming here

They're operating hours posted on their building say they close at 7:00 p.m. I was there before 6:30 p.m. they would not accept my donation because they were closing. Their sign on their door literally says drop off between open and close. Again they're closing hours are 7:00 p.m. during the week. Oh and the guy took somebody else's donation because it was one bag but wouldn't take mine because I had multiple things.
