Goodyear Auto Service is a full-service tire and automotive repair center. Customers report excellent and friendly service, with staff going out of their way to help. One client with a dangerous tire was approached proactively, given a good deal, and had their car fixed and returned conveniently. Another with a screw in their tire had their spare swapped and the repair completed around their schedule to pick up children. A visitor with a rental car flat was welcomed just before closing, given a rapid repair, and received a complimentary safety check on the vehicle. The mechanics demonstrate professionalism and honesty. One technician thoroughly diagnosed a truck instead of simply replacing the requested part, correctly identifying a cracked fuel pump and fixing the real problem. Staff keep customers updated on progress. However, some note the service can be a bit expensive, and the policy is that they cannot install customer-provided parts. Overall, many customers had a great experience, feel safe and well-served, and recommend the business for vehicle work.
Travis provided amazing customer service! He was genuine, personable, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. You can tell he truly cares about helping customers. He went over and beyond to answer all the questions I had about my vehicle. Definitely appreciate his professionalism and kindness! I will be back.

I have never used Goodyear, this location in particular has great staff. Mario was super easy to work with and was a standout though. Everything was affordable, ran smoothly, and was done on time. I would recommend this place to family.

I always bring my car here because of the consistent excellent customer service experience with Heather and the team. Today I met a new face, a very joyful, professional, and friendly gentleman named Travis. Travis, thanks for making it another great trip to Goodyear!
