Location was 5 min from Shands and room was quiet and comfortable. Upon arrival there was confusion about the room we reserved and 2x we asked about reward points etc. And neither clerk knew how to explain it or add ours.

Clean, comfortable room, big TV. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Best free breakfast in a hotel in almost 10 years (and I spend about 9 months a year in hotels. Hilton LIFETIME Diamond Member). Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
