“We filed a claim and recieved our first message stating that we would have an adjuster reach out within 24hrs, we were contacted within the next 24hrs the inspector went to our home and did his report, it was submitted on a Friday, we recieved a message saying it would be processed in 4 business days. In exactly 4 days we got confirmation and they covered our entire roof. We had hail & wind damage from a recent storm.
