“Jenia was amazing at helping us! She was very attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable on what we needed. As well as upping my original price to give us a fair return! I would 100% return to this pawn shop.”
“I casually walked in about two custom pours of two matching tokens I want made. The person I talked to is amazing and said it was no problem. I walked in having to wear pajama bottoms from 3rd degree burns on my thigh. He treated me with much respect looking like a bum off the streets. I am very impressed of his knowledge and skills. Without a doubt I know my custom coins will be excellent from seeing first hand pieces he created. I am excited to get them done. Definitely give them the opportunity to impress you like they did me.”
“I needed a citizens watch band resized larger, no one else could do it. They all told me that they couldn't get the parts, even Citizens themselves said they didn't have the parts.
Time connection did it for me no problem, I walked in he looked at it, tried to put it on my wrist ( wouldn't go on ) he said you need three links. come back in an hour.
One hour later I walked in, he put it on my wrist and it fit perfect .”
