Had blood drawn here over half-dozen times, so far, and only one issue. One of the visits they had a computer system issue which put them about 30 minutes behind schedule. Took a drug screen 8 days ago for employment. Still do not have any results. The patient portal offers no information. It just does not take this long to do a simple drug screen. It’s holding up my employment start date and I’m very disappointed.

If you are going to cancel appointments due to personnel issues, you should make an effort to notify individuals versus a sign to let you know to go across town and they "can try to work you in". Defeats the purpose of an appointment system.
