Going in for blood work with a phobia of needles is not fun, but Brittney was absolutely phenomenal and I genuinely didn’t even notice that she was finished with the draw until after our conversation was over and she told me that I was all set to go. Although there was a bit of a wait following my check-in, I would absolutely prefer waiting if it meant receiving amazing service like hers rather than being seen immediately by somebody less compassionate.”
