“Dropped off package yesterday. Young man at counter told me there was an internet issue but he will give me a receipt for package. Called today, left on hold 15 min and when asked about my package I was told to contact amazon. No real help here. Unfriendly attitude. This store needs to invest in a backup system for itself and train employees better attitude on phone. I DONT feel comfortable returning here.”

“I went in there to be fingerprinted and mail packages. I was running late and feeling grumpy and scatterbrained. Lisa and Dana were both so kind, patient, capable and friendly, I was blown away and it sort of changed my morning.
If either of them want a promotion, I suggest you give it to them.”
