“As we entered the store we were greeted by Rae. We explained what we were looking for and she took us around and showed us several couches. We eliminated several for a variety of reasons. My wife found a couple and we were trying them out. Rae explained the difference to us and was able to answer our questions, which means she is knowledgeable with her products. We settled on one, got a very good price (Presidents Day Sale.) I was surprised when she said it would be delivered the next Saturday. On Saturday we were give a 2 hour window and the delivery people (William and Frank) showed up right in the middle of our 2 hour window. They removed the couch that was there and brought in the other couch. They were very careful on both ends. We chatted and kid with them and they were both a lot of fun and pleasant as well. They rounded up a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Rai again and hope William and Frank make the delivery if we order things again.”

Worked with Anthony Lopez an engaging young man who we found incredibly easy to work with. He was informative but never pushy, and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Purchased a king size Sealy Posturpedic mattress. Would highly recommend this store and Anthony to anyone in need of a mattress.”

“Incredibly fast and friendly service. I have an Airbnb that had a mattress completely ruined by guests. We had a same day check in and needed a mattress ASAP delivered and the current mattress removed before next guests. We got this all done over the phone (mattress chosen and purchased) then delivered within 2 hours on a Sunday! They were SO fast, friendly and helpful- not to mention reasonably priced! I am so grateful for their service!”

“I am not sure why the reviews are so bad. I have had great experiences here. I have a bean bag that's over 15 years old. Their quality in the products show. I love that you can change the cover whenever and that they are washable. It makes the best kids sleepover bed, comfy movie night or having extra room when guest come over! We just got the dog beds and the dogs are obsessed. The material they are made out of is waterproof. We will see how they hold up since the dogs use them everyday. I have faith they will last a long time. I need to not go in here anymore because soon I wont have any more room in my house with all the bean bags we have now!”
