Carla went above and beyond to help me. My Dr.’s orders were not in the system and she was able to contact them to get them submitted correctly so I could do my blood test without having to make another appointment. She rocks.

The phlebotomist was as pain free as possible and she was quick and efficient! Even though she was by herself while he co-worker was on break she handled the whole waiting room so well!

I have been to the Quest inside the Walmart several times and it is always fast, convenient, and the phlebotomist is always courteous and professional. This last time I had Alice and she was fantastic for my blood draw! I usually have a huge bruise but Alice barely left a pin prick site! Thank you!!
