The young man Sammy at the counter was excellent. He handled what was going on very well. If it hadn't been for him I would have left.

Thanks to Sammy, he made things right at 7:00 when they were about to close because Jamie decided not to have our car sent to the back when we dropped it off at 2:00 for a simple tire change and rotation.
