The buy 1, get 1 for 50% off promotion they advertise is just a scam nowadays. After trying on shoes for about an hour, they didn’t honor their deal because they made a mistake on their price display. I didn’t want to get ripped off, so I took a phone picture of the boxes, and ordered the same shoes from Amazon. So now, Rack Room is just a show room for Amazon for me.

As a small adult female, im a size 5.5. Not a single pair of shoes in the store came in that size, no flip flops, sandals, or walking/running shoes. Well aside from 2 pairs on the clearance wall, but that was it and it was a pair of boots and another random pair which is ridiculous.
You should carry more sizes for adults in the 5 - 5.5 sizes so you can cater to more customers. Will be shopping elsewhere since my size I guess is too rare to carry, which isn't true since ive met plenty of adult women who are my size and even smaller down to a 4. Not uncommon like the employee said....
Off to DSW since they tend to carry smaller adult sizes.

Back to school shopping today. During our experience, we were helped by 4 employees. They were so helpful and kind. 1. One person brought us the women’s sizer, 2.another helped us figure out the buy one get one 50% off tags and shoe sizes. 3. Another helped my daughter feel seen when a fly was attacking her 😂 4. The checkout person helped us use our rewards and get a shoe jibbet. 5. One quiet person was working diligently re-stocking and straightening. We had a nice experience despite the fact that the store was CROWDED. And we got the shows we needed for what we were looking to spend.

Beware, they have now sneakily removed their most popular shoes from the BOGO 50% off deal. Spent 20 minutes looking for a second pair of shoes only to be told neither of the shoes we picked are included in the deal. Shopped here for many years and there were NEVER ANY exclusions from that deal. Will never shop at rack room again.

Without Rad helping me I would have walked out not finding what I wanted. He made the suggestion to try on some men's Vans when they didn't have the women's Vans that I wanted. .. Very personable CS ... able to tune in to my style.. a vast knowledge of the brands.. all this make Rad a friendly top notch rep. I ended up walking out with two pairs of shoes

Came in yesterday to pick up some boots I had ordered online but were much larger than anticipated. Rad helped me get the correct size and my sister ended up getting a pair as well. Rad was so helpful with the exchange and the purchase, very pleasant and patient with the normal busy Saturday crowd. I would absolutely drive the hour to this store again just to work with him!

Go see Miles! He goes above and beyond for his customers! We absolutely love him!! Taught my daughter how to correctly tie her Converse and was really good with her. We will definitely be back to see him.

Bait and switch central!!! Bogo signs all over the store but it only applies to what the manager feel like. Terribly run and ignorant manager. I'll be shopping anywhere else
