Grace was extremely patient and kind when my 2 hour delivery order never showed up! She helped me through the process of contacting doordash, and sally beauty customer care from a weird situation of my order literally disappearing. I've honestly never had better customer service before, she was amazing!

I came in after working a 12 hour shift tonight, as a nurse. Today is Monday, January 9, 2023. I rushed over after getting off work at 7:30 p.m. I still had my work uniform on. I arrived at 7:50 p.m. There were two associates working tonight. (I didn't get their names so I will describe how they looked. One was Caucasian and one was African American. Both were young. The Caucasian girl had really thick eyeliner with the cat eye look). I said hello and the Caucasian girl said, "Hello. Just so you know, we are closing in ten minutes". I said, "okay, thank you". Neither one of them asked if they could help me find anything. I was left to wander the store looking for hair color. I'm not used to being treated like this in a Sally's before. I always get my hair done at a salon, but this time I was going to try to touch up my roots myself. As I stood looking at the numerous hair color, I was completely lost. The hair color did not come in the box like in a regular store. Being that I get my hair done at a professional salon, I was clueless on what I needed to make this work. Apparently developer had to be purchased in addition to the color, but then again, I don't know this for sure. Neither salesperson ever walked over to help me. Feeling defeated and disappointed, I told them to have a great night and I left at 7:55 p.m. I was parked right in front of the store and saw one of the associates lock the door immediately as I walked out. If either one of these girls would have just offered to help me, it could have been a swift purchase with a happy, excited customer. I do not appreciate being treated like this. I will not return to this Sally's.

Always good customer service and great selection. I have found the blue shampoo and Sally's great sales encouraged me to try new product--new conditioners, new shampoo, new styling products. Individually, I feel some of these products are overpriced, but the sale going on a few days ago was buy 4 products within a brand for $20 therefore each item came down to $5 each instead of the original $8-$14 pricing.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! EVERY TIME I VISIT I GET THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! MY MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE WAS WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERT MS. ANANDA, SHE WAS SUUPER HELPFUL AND KIND, AND SHE WAS CURRENT ON HER PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP!????????????

Nice ladies horrible corporate policy. I've been a customer for 25 years I do not look like a transient and during a diarrhea incident I was blocked trying to use the restroom that was clearly labeled restroom. As I ran to the nearest bathroom 3 Doors Down I'm glad the girls did not have to clean up a mess. I'm appalled I quite frankly very upset. I will be bringing my business to Cosmo.

My natural hair color is dark brown six months ago I put L'Oreal Frost and highlights kind of just rub it in my hair and later it turned very yellow gold brassy when I try to dye it brown again it just look green and gold and brassy through the brown it looks horrible then I found this Sally's store and I went inside and I described to the lady about my hair and I also told her that I didn't want any chemicals with PPD or with ammonia in it so she took me to the aisle and she gave me a small bottle of red protein filler to mix with a 20-volume bottle of developer and she gave me a permanent black hair dye with Argan Oil in it and when I came home I did it and there was no burning there was no itching there was no hair fall there was no smell at all and when I washed it out I was just shocked and amazed my hair felt alive my hair felt extremely soft my hair looked so good it look like a wig my husband looked at my hair and he was like OMG you look like a queen I mean this looks even better than what a salon would do if you need your hair fixed don't do it just from Google search just going to Sally's show them your hair tell them what you want and I'll give you the proper products.. and by the way the lady that helped me she had blond hair that was long and curly looking she was totally awesome
