The hospital's quick response and expertise saved both animals, with the dachshund making a full recovery in less than 24 hours. The hospital's communication with pet owners is also commendable, keeping them informed and answering any questions they may have. It is worth noting that there is an additional $1000 deposit for pets brought to the emergency room after 5 PM. Despite the cost, many pet owners find the care and attention their pets receive at UF Small Animal Hospital to be priceless.
