Very disappointed in this store. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 5 years. I have 6 phone lines and was attempting to add a 7th line and two devices (moving them from AT&T). We paid a $90 fee to have this done incorrectly. The employee and manager were also extremely rude and lied when we went back into the store. I would recommend dealing with the customer service 800 number, not this store. I will not go back to this store again.

Beware‼️ T-Mobile employee from Archer Rd store says this isn’t a corporate store. Their through a third party and don’t get half of the training the actual corporate store’s employees get which explains why I’ve had a horrible experience there. They have no clue what their doing.

Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there's a disconnect between the store's computers and what customer service is able to see. Long story short, I want to upgrade my phone and have Jump2.0 which allows me to do that. The in-store system doesn't show that I have that feature, so I didn't upgrade today. Called customer service, they said the store computers don't always show everything, which is where the mix-up is coming from. No fault of the helpful staff, just an issue with the system.

Great customer service! Kaitlin and Chris managed to solve a 2-day, 4 phone-call problem for us in 15 minutes. They were completely amazing.

I came at 7 pm they close at 8. They had 4 other customers in the store and they say they can’t take anyone else because they’re short handed. Annoying bro.

Katie was super helpful and showed she knew her stuff. Her customer service was also spot on. Not 4 stars because she took on the brunt of the customers which involved my transfer from phone to phone not going as planned and had to try twice So she had to fix that. Also had to go back for them to switch my SIM card out. I believe if she had some help this wouldn’t have happened. Would definitely recommend going in and asking for Katie. Give that girl a raise!

The service here is excellent the girls were so kind and helpful! I would give 100 stars if I could. Kaitlyn and Daisee are the bomb!
