Probably the worst USPS location around. They never answer the phone, and when you go in person to ask questions, no one seems to know anything. I honestly don’t understand how some of the employees even have jobs there with the lack of service and communication.

This place is the poster child for a dysfunctional operation. Nine customers in line and two service agents working. One shut her window down to take in a passport application. The other one closed up shop to go look for a customer's letter in the back. After waiting 5 minutes with neither counter open and more customers coming in I left. Went straight to FedEx. In and out in under two minutes. I will never use the USPS again. It is no wonder the USPS loses billions of dollars every year.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. 17 people in line at 11 o’clock on a Tuesday and 1 person working. I understand this is a government organization, but this is low even for those standards.

I mean everybody else pretty much summed it up. you're going to get horrible customer service, it's going to be slow, there's only going to be one teller working and there's never a supervisor there if you have a problem. Always a line out the door.

I am so please with the kindness and care along with exceptional service, Mr. Mike Davis, with the USPS ROUTE CD75 has given. He went above and beyond to make sure I had my new mail keys and that my mail was safe. Thank you for employing such a wonderful human being.

What really pisses me is their driver delivered my shit to the wrong address & now my package is gone. All I get is a “please accept our sincerest apologies”. Of course the package was never returned, it’s not too many good people. Whoever received it knew darn well it didn’t belong to them & it’s been 5 days and no one has thought to bring it to the correct address.

This happens often. I can in today and there 20 people in line, and 2 tellers. Someone came in to complete the passport paperwork so one teller leaves to go to the passport office for a while and then comes back to finish the paperwork sometimes taking 20+/- minutes. People are still coming in and some have left without being served because of the wait. I left disgusted. If they could have another staff member available on occasion, to be a 3rd teller, it would be appreciated. Like I said, this happens often, so it's not an isolated incident. They probably need a 3rd employee there the whole time. This is very frustrating, and I realize why other people pay a little more for other private services so they don't spend 45+ minutes waiting in line at the Main Street Post Office.

Horrible! I have lost all my mail as my PO Box was locked although I had mailed a check from Westside Postal office which never seemed to arrive and the check was never returned to me! I made online change of POBox address on the move it site on USPS as the manner in which they handled the locked box was inappropriate. Plus I have to use 3 buses to get to the USPS on Main Street. Up to now no mail has arrived at Westside Post Office, Box 201, 7257 NW 4th Blvd, Gainesville, 32607! I am in a dilemma as I was expecting a new card and check books from Bank of America, a new card from EBT and other important mail that usually goes to that PO Box 6128 at co USPS, Main Street, Gainesville, Florida. Don’t they follow instructions on the website? Plus I have lost innumerable packages including some jewelry and check ailed from Texarkana, TX!!!

My mailbox key hole is broken. I called over a week ago and was told an investigation had to take place within three days. That time has come and gone, and I’ve heard nothing back. I haven’t had access to my Mail and close to two weeks because of this. I have no idea when this is gonna be fixed. I have no idea where I can go get my mail. No one answers the phone. So I probably have to go in person tomorrow for answers.

My mail carrier does not deliver my mail 🤷♀️
(Update) they called me responding to my contact request and said the mail delivery problem stems from outside their office so it’s not their fault that they don’t deliver my mail 😭
