I did not have an appointment and they were able to fit me in. Excellent customer service and their due diligence to make sure fraudulent transactions don't happen was above expectations.

The service was beyond good!!! Vivinne assisted me today and they are awesome! They made everything easier and were really helpful. Everyone in the bank has been really nice to me since the first time I opened my account with them!
