This pharmacy been filling my RX for 7 months. I live in Lake County and due to my insurance not covering the medication; this pharmacy was able to fulfill my meds at a reasonable cost. I’ve had outstanding customer service. Cassidy has went above and beyond and I’m so grateful.

They called me on Saturday morning to till me that my prescription will ready at noon, never mentioned that they close at 12:30pm.
I got there at 12:33 and they closed already. I own a local business and support local businesses, but give a break at least communicate with clients better !

After transferring my prescription to Westlab, I had some questions I did not have the opportunity to ask my doctor, and I was unsure if I could have them answered before starting my treatment. As I called the pharmacy, I was amazed by the customer service I received from Gabi. She promptly took notes of every question to transfer to the pharmacist and the manufacturer. About an hour later, I received a call from the pharmacist, Rowan, who answered each question I had and, with her knowledge and experience, helped me to choose the best way to keep my treatment following my doctor’s direction. It is rare to find people who really care about you, mainly when it comes to unique requests. If you call CVS or Walmart, they will never give you the attention I received from both of them. Neither Gaby or Rowan rushed my call, even though they probably had a lot going on. I am so thankful and appreciate these two ladies who took the time to give me attention when I needed it.
I would like them to know that they helped me so much to stick to a new protocol that I was not excited about. I also would like any customers to know that there are good professionals who care still exist :)

This pharmacy has been a life saver and they truly care. Not only did they get a medication needed for a pet with seizures compounded. They also offered to have it delivered when an unexpected timing issue occurred for me. Forget the big pharmaceutical conglomerate like cvs and Walgreens…. They don’t care. This place does and offers sound advice too.

1st- called at 11am to have my prescription filled, someone called me at 1:30pm to ask if I wanted my prescription filled? Their answer when asked was “ people change their mind”
2nd- My prescription changed. The new bottle was HALF the size but, about the same price. I wish I was told that……
3rd- I was charged TWICE at register and told I wasn’t . Had to show them my online bank account and was still not believed?!?
“Both charges say pending” -she said????
I was a bit offended. It took three people (and finally the older of the ladies) to see, fix, and refund me one of the charges.

Very efficient and super nice staff. This lab can combine meds into a very easy format to take. Lifesavers for people who find it difficult to take large pills. Convenient and friendly. Prices are another topic, but that is life and living with inflation.

Everyone that I spoke with was very pleasant, however BE AWARE that they charge a $15 shipping fee and will never inform you of this. I found out when I received the medication. I do not live in Gainesville, I asked 3 different people if they could mail the medication to me. They said they could do that, but never once mentioned a fee. I could have driven to Gainesville and back again for less. My bad, I just assumed it would be mailed via USPS and assumed that someone would have mentioned a charge to do so.

This is the best compound pharmacy I’ve ever found! Staff is top notch, always clear and concise. They take their time with patients to help the best they can. I have never felt rushed or dismissed like other pharmacies tend to do at times. Prince is absolutely wonderful and so is the rest of the staff I’ve spoken with.

Excellent customer service. They give you an estimate of when your prescription will be ready, and call to tell you when it is (usually earlier.)

Something wrong with the people who gave them 5 stars. I want to support local businesses, but again, this one should not be supported. They don't even ask if there is any question or explain about the medication. They don't look you in the eyes. Strange people working there. So, when I was about to take the medication, the instruction was not clear nor straight forward. I wish they were more competent and friendlier, so that I could use local pharmacies instead of CVS or Walgreen; so that I can keep the business within the local economy.
