“I had a great experience at the iFixit in Tampa International Mall. Prince took care of my Samsung S22 by upgrading to a glass screen protector, and he also installed a protector on my son’s iPhone. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly while still giving great attention to detail. Everything looks perfect, and the service was smooth from start to finish.
Highly recommend this location—and especially Prince—for anyone needing reliable, high-quality phone repairs or accessories!”
“I recently went in store to purchase a new washer/dryer set that I saw online. When I went in unfortunately they didn’t have the set I wanted in stock. So the manager let me know he would order my set and call me to set up an account over the phone. The manager (forgot his name) followed up with me two days after my initial visit to confirm I still wanted to place the order. He advised me that the set would be ready for delivery Friday. When Friday came he called and set up everything over the phone. We were able to set up a delivery time that worked for me. The delivery guy Gavin was amazing! I had an old washer and dryer in the area where I needed the new set to go and Gavin was more than willing to help me move it. He was extremely nice and efficient! Set up felt like it only took 5 minutes!!! I really appreciate the AMAZING service I received at this location!!! Good customer service is hard to find, so thank you guys so much for all your help!!!!”
“Lovely restaurant.Pricey and that's due to a few factors.Only upscale restaurant in the area, so prices are slightly higher than usual but the food is good.Make no mistake, good chef on how steaks are cooked. Had the steak from Japan, wow.Only hit I can give here is due to demand on street (other than reservations) they struggle with accepting patrons. Yet they work hard for keeping up.Hostess needs a little more refining for this scale restaurant. You can't mention Five times as we wait outside the comment of, "we're cleaning the table still, please hold on".Two dining with drinks and the chef steak special of 150, the dinner was 300.”

The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure we understood all the options. We even came all the way from Sarasota, and it was absolutely worth it! “We are brand new to TMobile & my husband and I were looking to establish an account and transfer our numbers over. We went to the store at 1916 W Brandon Blvd & we were cordially greeted by Mobile Expert Andres Caicedo. I have worked in customer service quite a bit and have been a customer my whole life. Andres was exceptional. There were obstacles with login issues & delays with the systems speed and a few hiccups but he handeled it all with the highest level of professionalism & patience. He didnt compain or dig or put anyone down. Not once. He was organized and had a very efficient workflow. I had to come back the next day to finish my Phones update and I was glad to do it since working with Andres was a terrific experience! He remembered the info i told him and I didnt have to repeat it because he wrote things down. He LISTENED to our needs & offered us things that were a good fit for our needs and the price. He didnt just shove an upsale down our throats. He helped reassure me that I wouldnt loose my important phone content & it gave me great peace of mind. Excellent sales, soft skills, communication (written & verbal), attention to detail & highly KNOWLEDGEABLE (SME - subject matter expert). He needs a raise & a promotion! My only regret was that I didn’t gotten a survey for him yet! People like him make a difference and have what it takes to be great! I celebrate and honor him today! Having been accepted into T-Mobile’s satellite beta program, I had to stop at a local store and chose the one near Publix on Boyette. I was greeted promptly and did not have to wait long for a representative to assist me. The gentleman had a well-kept beard. He was very honest about the service as I was under the impression it provided more communication than it currently does.
The store is in a good location with plenty of parking.”
“First class operation. They installed a lift on my GMC Sierra 1500 truck and helped customize it. When one minor issue popped up with the lift 6 months later, they took ownership of it and fixed it at no charge even though it was a lot of work for them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truck lift or other accessories. Thanks guys!”
