“I went to explore plans, and I ended up getting a very deal on 2 phones. Marshal was assisting me. He was entering the information in the computer, while his coworker Joe came and started transferring the data of the old phones to the new phones. The store started to get busy and another worker Michael came and finished the data transfer on the phones because the other two guy's were helping other customers. It was nice to see them work well together and help each out. You don't see that often enough.”

“Probably the best mom and pop store that can represent small business in America. This is a vet and wife run shop....so right there is reason enough to support the place. Also....they are human. They guy picked up the phone just after 6pm when they close.....I'm a pilot on a short layover and was super screwed with company contacts etc. Charging port and broken screen. He waited for me to run the half mile to the store and did it super fast. I mean fast! Amazing service nothing sketch. Good salt of the earth people. They dont run businesses like this anymore. Walking in there I felt like I was going over to have a buddy get me out of a pickle and he did. The actual handyman electronics work was great. He's well educated and skilled and unlike some of the mobile shops where ya never know if they are swapping batteries etc...this fella did it all there in his tidy lab. There are several other places in the near area....I'm telling ya....skip em. Ya can't go wrong here. So far the repair is holding up well. Like new. Something tells me he stands behind his work if there was a glitch from it. Gentleman's understanding vibe here. X marines have credibility- thanks for the service guy ???”

“So, these phone companies are no different than Airlines… you can say, this one is terrible, I’ll never… but the fact is we need this stupid devices to run our lives. Yesterday I was a 20+ yr ATT customer and have had an iPhone since the 1st day they went public19+ yrs… but ATT has become to detached from their customers and frankly do not value loyalty. Mercedes and the team at International Plaza provided a rarity these days, Customer Service with solid knowledge and experience coupled with a good promotion, earned my Personal and Business accounts and I recommend, if you’re tired of the run around on the phone or worse, going to an in person store only to have the rep pick-up the phone and go through a menu tree, I recommend you see her team and have them guide through the process and see it through to the end! “I had brought my phone in to get a new charging port put in. The gentleman who helped me was very kind. Several times he even apologized for a wait which wasn't even long at all. Overall, the service here is beyond amazing, the price is far from outrageous, and if you have a simple issue then you should expect to be in and out fairly quickly if the place isn't busy.
Yet, when I did bring in my phone, it did get busy and I waited less than an hour to get my phone back. I would recommend going here highly.”

“My husband and I went into the store for help with my Husband’s phone, it was dropping calls. Dylan, their sales rep greeted us warmly, and was eager to assist us with the problem. He was knowledgeable and really wanted to help us. He helped my husband troubleshoot and gave us several different options, not an instant “you just need a new phone.” After he spent probably an hour in total helping us while assisting his other customers as well, we decided to buy a new phone. He explained the options, helped us find our best option, along with finding the right case and installing a new screen protector that we purchased. Now, customers of cricket for over 2 years already, we will be staying with cricket and recommending them to our family and friends. We also need a new IPhone for our daughter and he advised us of a promotion that would save us some money. 110% effort. If you are thinking about switching or need an upgrade, go to the GIBSONTON store and ask for Dylan.”
