“Passport service was fast and easy even as a walk-in with an appointment that walked in after me. She multi tasked taking care of both of us simultaneously like a champ. Getting us in and out quick while still acknowledging other customers coming in. I wish I could remember her name. She was petite with brown hair. My first time applying for a passport but she was very helpful in answering any questions I had. Phenomenal professional service hands down!”

Some persnickety people in the reviews - Mail men dont drive past your gate because people put in gates to keep in dogs and out people.

You can tell the postman considers how he delivers to every home, and the Gent in the office is always the cheeriest.

“This post office is kind of hidden off of Tippen Road. I do lots of business at this post office due to having an online store and needing to ship merchandise all over the United States. The people that work here are pretty helpful and don’t mind explaining any questions or concerns that a customer might have. And not only do they do this….but every time I’ve ever been there, all the employees seem to do it with a good attitude and a smile!
If you ask me, that is a delightful change of pace from so many other places that we all go to and shop from! Too many times all you come across is disgruntled employees, or people who are just miserable and they seem to not understand (or care) what “customer service” actually means or is!
Well I’m here to tell you, NOT THIS POST OFFICE!
Now don’t get me wrong, I do understand that everyone is entitled to having a bad day! All I’m saying is, as many times as I come to this place and have to mail something off…it’s always been a very easy and nice experience.

THE ONLY REASON I am giving them 4 ⭐’s and not 5…. Is do to the fact that they seem understaffed here. There’s normally only 2 or 3 people that will be working behind the counter. And depending on what time of day you come in, they could be swamped! If they are, you might have to stand there for a little bit. But other then them being understaffed, it’s a nice and clean post office.”

“Disregard all the negative reviews. This is the only location I use anymore. The staff are exceptionally nice people. I run an online record store and have shipped hundreds of items with them with 0 issues and fast delivery. Postal annex can’t provide scan in tracking to acknowledge receipt of item. I’ve lost several using them. The postal offices in Milton and pace are always slammed with people. You can use Alyssa’s and assure you will have great customer service and speedy delivery. Thanks!”
