“this is a review for Mrs. Tamara Sullins who is a personal banker at Green Cove Spring Wells Fargo Branch.
Mrs. Sullins went above and beyond of her call of duty to assist me. it took over one hour to take care of my issue, and she was nothing but patient and very friendly. She made calls on my behalf, and she followed up with me twice to make sure that a resolution to my issue was resolved.
She is very accessible every time I come to the branch.

“I love this bank branch! The staff is fantastic – friendly, professional, and they always recognize me. They've been incredibly helpful whenever I've had a banking question or issue. While they do have a convenient drive-thru, I usually park and go inside. The wait times are minimal, and the comfy seating makes any wait a breeze. Overall, it's a great experience every time.”
