“Our easiest car rental yet- we didn't need paperwork after prebooking online. After arriving off the airport shuttle we went to the outdoor desk probably 20 steps away, said our name, and were told to pick a car directly behind his booth. We put our luggage in the back and off we went to the exit gate. The lady at the exit gate asked our name and scanned our car code, then off we went. We rented a very clean, smokefree Chevy Malibu.”

“The GM Michael was so great! Somehow, I was able to reserve my car on a holiday that the office was closed. I had no other transportation lined up to fall back on. Michael put his holiday on hold and picked me up from the airport and opened the office just so I could get my rental. He was very pleasant about the situation. Most places would have just told you to figure it out on your own. I am so grateful and will using ACE every time I visit FL.”

“Walked in said I needed an F150 was told that there wereno trucks available right now with a tow hitch at all. Discouraged I walked out cussing because my workday was ruined but was met by a man telling me to get back in and sit down he was was finding one. I wanted an F150 but ended up with a F350 service body. Moral of the story they got me in a truck and as a self employed person what more can you ask for.”
“I was surprised and disheartened to see the negative reviews of JB Cruises/Vacations. My experiences with them have been nothing short of stellar. In particular, it's clear they've been doing this a long time. They know the nuances of all the ships across multiple cruise lines. Their descriptions and advice were always dead-on. The one time we'd arranged for a shuttle bus there was absolutely no problem. A clean and comfortable van arrived right on time with a very pleasant driver. I don't know why the other reviewers had trouble or who was really at fault. But if those experiences were typical then JB Vacations wouldn't have remained in business as long as they have. I suspect that the vast majority of clients were happy and so never bothered to write a review. I myself wouldn't hesitate to use JB Vacations again. My advice would be to talk to them and get your own sense of their abilities. And have an amazing vacation!”

Insurance company got me into a rental for about a week, and these guys had me taken care of the whole way. I found a nail in the tire before work one day and I showed up when they opened and they got me into another vehicle without question, and was barely late for work.
Left my sunpass in that vehicle, and when I called they had already set it aside for me and had it ready for me to pickup. Excellent service, quick team, very happy!”
