The enterprise rent-a-car at north congress made it seamless for me to get the size I needed, educated me on the additional services they offer like taking me personally to the airport shuttle, Megan was so sweet to help me get from point A to B before my flight and Morgan had mentioned the night prior drop off after 6pm was in a dicey area and helped me feel safe and provided alternative options for me to consider. “My car is in the shop so I had to get a rental. The dealer sent me to Enterprise. When my husband and I walked in we were not greeted by the lone salesperson. He walked out as we walked in, presumably to check in a return. The lobby was full of customers (6 adults)...with one salesman; I thought for sure that it was going to be a negative experience. You could tell from his body language that he was just overwhelmed and stressed. Then in walks Lindsay. She didn't miss a beat and started checking people in, advising them of what they did and didn't have, taking returns etc. We were there for about 35 minutes total between waiting for the lone ranger to come back and Lindsay ushering me to the rental. Polite, helpful, positive, calm and not a drop of hesitation. She really took the ball and ran with it. Whomever is her boss needs to know that this woman is gold and to protect her at all costs!”

I would like to insert that the previous manager a guy with dark curly hair, dressed like Miami Vice from the 80’s brushed me off on this same issue. If I only met him my review would be zero stars!!! So I really appreciate the person who did what was RIGHT today because it’s right!On another note corporate dropped the ball on trying to convert this location to all electric vehicles, this store does not have the staff to support this change nor the volume of customers coming in from PBIA.”
